Cancellation Policy for Price Precision Auto Care

At Price Precision Auto Care, we strive to provide the best mobile auto care services in a timely and professional manner. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be flexible, but we ask that you please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy to ensure smooth service for all of our clients.

 

Cancellation Notice:

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other customers who may be waiting for service.

 

Late Cancellations:

  • If you cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge a $30 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the time and effort we’ve allocated to your appointment.

 

No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the costs of our technician’s time and travel to the location.

 

Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • In the event of severe weather conditions (rain, snow, extreme heat, etc.) that may make it unsafe to perform services, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. Your safety and the quality of our service are our top priorities.

  • Online Booking System: If you booked online, you can also cancel or reschedule directly through the booking platform.

PRICE Precision Auto Care

Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Price Precision Auto Care, a mobile auto care service provider ("Service Provider"), and the undersigned customer ("Customer") for the purpose of clarifying the terms and conditions regarding the provision of vehicle maintenance, repair, and detailing services.

 

1. Scope of Services The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services (the "Services") on the Customer’s vehicle:

  • [List the specific services performed, such as oil change, detailing, engine work, etc.]

 

2. Inspection and Customer Satisfaction Before the Services are completed and upon completion of the work, the Customer shall inspect the vehicle and the Services rendered. The Customer acknowledges that upon signing this Agreement and/or providing approval of the completed Services, the Customer confirms their satisfaction with the work performed.

 

3. Liability Release By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The Service Provider is no longer liable for any issues, damages, or defects that may arise after the Services have been completed and the Customer has approved the work.

  • The Service Provider’s responsibility for any potential issues ends upon final inspection and approval by the Customer.

  • Any damages, failures, or issues arising after the vehicle has been returned to the Customer are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

 

4. Documentation and Evidence To ensure clarity and protect both parties, the Service Provider will:

  • Take before-and-after photographs of the vehicle and any work performed.

  • Document the condition of the vehicle prior to the Service Provider beginning the work, as well as the condition of the vehicle at the time the work is completed.

  • Provide written documentation of the work performed, including parts replaced or modified (if applicable).

These photographs and written records will serve as evidence of the condition of the vehicle prior to and after the completion of services, protecting both parties from potential future disputes.

 

5. Customer Acknowledgement The Customer acknowledges that they have been informed of the following:

  • The Service Provider will not be held liable for any subsequent issues with the vehicle after the Services have been completed and the Customer has given their approval.

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages or mechanical failures that occur after the completion of the Services, including but not limited to issues arising from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or actions unrelated to the work performed.

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for damages or malfunctions that may result from third-party actions or modifications after the Services are rendered.

 

6. No Warranty The Service Provider provides no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, other than that the work will be performed in a professional and competent manner according to industry standards at the time of service. Any further issues with the vehicle after the Services have been completed are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

7. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or relating to any issues or circumstances that arise after the Services are completed, including but not limited to damages or defects to the vehicle.

 

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the services are provided.

 

9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter.

 

10. Acknowledgement and Acceptance By signing below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Customer further affirms that they are satisfied with the Services provided, and that they accept the vehicle as it is at the time of handoff.
